hmmm...fm what I noticed, to really have the potential to go low relative to one's HCP, one needs to have HCP around the 20-22 range..(shit, I better go and do the necessary).

Chiak lak.....I am having more and more 'idol' to draw inspiration fm.......so as to give me hope that though my HCP can be high and quite impossible to go low, there is always a hope ...a shining light at the end of the tunnel......that perseverence and hardwork will payoff....when the time calls for it.....

Seems like golf buaya is an unique species in our island.

There are High Handicappers and there are 'High Hand(s)'. Too many of the latter in Sg.

I don't believe the beginner's luck in Golf.

I'm a high handicapper, and for me, it's almost impossible to get good score. Even you're lucky, it'll be one or two holes that you'll get birdie, couple of pars. The rest will be bogeys and double bogeys with one or two holes blown...

That sound like my game leh...no wonder I never get 49 points

Up to now, the website still have not updated the latest result. Somebody must be unwilling
to bring down APB from the no. 1 spot.

The results for the team is out on the front page but when u click into the full leader board, it's not updated leh...

Ok all updated already. Including individual scores . Wah Slinger you also buaya your HC ah? Wah Lau Eh. Seeing the one who scored 49 pts. Really got to admire this guy for showing a 24 hc. 1st game played 97 which is unbeliever for a 24 handicapper and now 2nd game played 83. His HC cut to 21.8. Also dunnio who is this Andrew Lim HC 13.6 played 79....


Same goes for the no. 2 guy with 24 HC who played 85....BUAYA !!!!!!!!

Lets say someone plays in the 15HCP, .....I think realistically there is a possibility to play in say BEST case = low 80s...LIKELY = mid to high 80s...

if best case , is it 'buaya'? I don think so ...rite?

We are talking about golfers who plays consistently low 80s and below. So how come their hc only 15 when ours around there can only play consistently mid 90s and once in a while high 80s.

the next game is going to be very interesting...its the home ground of our Captain and it will be interesting to see who gets to play.

Do I get to play? I'll be a good putter and endorse the Zen to the rest of the field...

THis whole competition is getting real interesting after the 2nd round. I dunno about the rest of my team but tension and pressure is building up in me. (Even though i am not playing in the next leg). Although the team mates say just go and have some fun but deep inside, all of them wants to win. I have not sense such kind of pressure since the days of competitive snooker and pool but it sure feels good. Thanks once again to captain and my team mates for making me part of the team! LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

Keep the faith......I will assume the prep game at laguna help a teeny weey bit...hopefully that will also help the team
