It was a bad day for the players cos all except one was having a bad outing. Hope they redeem themselves on the laguna leg.

Hahhaha.... not really worried about competition, more worried about the "pot of penalties". First day and the pot is already around 400 bucks.

Dun take it too hard bro.... next leg will be my turn. Hopefully i contribute minimum to the "pot of penalities". One advantage i have though, laguna not my home course so damages is not mutiplying by 2. Smile

My apologies for the 2 nights of silence, I was licking my wounds......sulking and banging my head onto my toilet bowl......

As you probably know the results by now, we did badly and i was the one that contribute to the bad scores,,, 40 front line and 46 on back line(had 4 double bogeys).

Bravo to Darren who played a sterling 73! congrats to him!

Team mates, I will shoulder the last outing results and we will hold our chin up and move on from here !

i am all ready to do battle at laguna...however other "nursing duties" prevailed on the same day and Captain knows why.

i am looking forward to Tanjong or Tampines....always play pretty well at these two. But Serapong is for the pros like Slinger, And68low, Jimmychoo and whoever is on form.

its only the first game so the tournament is far from over.

Keep it up BFG. 1 bad round does not a tournament make.

What matters is that you hold your head high, accept the bad result and move on.

Giving it your 110% effort is more important. End of the day, you can walk off saying you did your best.

Aiyo... Bad round and still in top 10 and only 10 points behind... It makes me shiver thinking what if the next couple of rounds are good rounds... It will be something like Ferrari that was stuck in traffic jam is suddenly given an empty lane to step on the accelerator...

Dun worry guys... Jimmy CHoo and SLinger told me that they will try to break 80 at Laguna. Next week is the Laguna masters so lets hope the grass cutters remembers to cut the rough after the touranment. Playing in Laguna in Touranment conditions is no joke!!!

if the weather holds, i will get a a taste of how the course is setting up tomorrow.

if the weather holds, i will also get to try my new ZAC.

otherwise the additional 2 hours of sleep is not a bad option too.
