Hey Paul,

This is somewhat similar to the problem that I was having :

1. Hinged too early upon takeaway
2. Right hand grip too strong, causing hook on the follow thru creating a draw.

I was using the swingyde that I got from you earlier in the range (I managed to try it at last after collecting from you)

Using the demonstration video from the swingyde, I tried to apply the swing at various positions , etc 9 , 12, 6, 3 o'clock positions.

At the 9 o'clock, i ensured that the swingyde is parallel to the ground, that is the only way I could achieve the arm lock at 12. Thus, helped from hinging too early.

The same applies for the follow thru' at 3 o'clock.. Smile

My swing is straighter and I should have cured my hook due to wrist hinging too early at the 6 o'clock position....

Swingyde is DA BOMB...!!

I'm sure glad I bought it... Thanks Paul.. U also DA BOMB...!

Follow Up on students new grip and swing changes

He came back for a lesson last week with some good news. He got invited to play in a charity golf day at his wifes home town in Indonesia. His father in law is mayor of the town and they played in the same flight. His handicap is 22 and best score was 92 with average around 95-100.
He returned a score for the day of 83 which was a nett score of 61. This included an 8 on the last hole.
Due to his father in law being the mayor of the town and not wanting the buaya label, he reluctantly did not submit his scorecard and collect his prize but was most pleased and a little shocked with the performance.

So guys and girls check your grips and improve your scores
