| The closest I got to a dish costing $1200 will be my 8 months supply of Special K cereals.
And that too melt in the mouth once you let it soak > 4 mins in milk...

Yup I also love patin fish. Full of Omega oil. I always go up to JB near Holiday Inn Plaza. Sounds like Eastern Dragon Restaurant or something like that. And Patin Fish is the standard everytime I go there. The food there is cheap and delicious. Always 'tar pau' the braised goose back. The whole goose only RGT 40. Damm big.

I pay special price to Raymond for his graded Pro Vs la. Used to buy $1 for 3 balls when beginner. Now at least upgraded to 'season' beginner. Must upgrade the balls used also mah.

| This is a restaurant that caters to high rollers and classified as high end. For high rollers that arrive in private jets and ferried in Rolls Royce, wouldn't even want to be reminded abt prices, as they want to remain exclusive. This is the price to pay for exclusivity, top grade service and brand. It's tentamount to drinking a Château Pétrus best vintage then complain about prices comparing to some 30 dollar wine; or comparing a dish ofsteam fish in geylang, as both serves the same purpose of filling the stomach Again, many would disagree with me, but this is just my personal opinion. I will not walk into such high end restaurant if I am not prepare to pay for top grade service and food prepared by top chef..maybe I will, someday, hopefully after a fat winning in the casino. | |

| jimmy,
who do u play with in poresia? Francis, Wai Ming.
I played with Edmund Fong.
to go there:
turn right after out of poresia. go straight at junction where we will hv to turn right if going back to S'pore.
restaurant on your left about 300 metres.
There r actually 2. One called " DAy day Come" and another called "tomorrow come again" - translated from mandarin.
u will reach "tomorrow come again" then " DAy day Come" .
they r next to each other. "tomorrow come again" hv no aircon but setup is very cosy, homely and airy n no menu.
" DAy day Come" .hv both non aircon n aircon seats. they open at 12 sharp so dun go early bcos they will ask u to wait.
Both served Pa tin fish.
if go "Day Day Come" served steamed PA Tin fish with chai poh n curry pork ribs.
if go " tomorrow come again" order steamed pa tin fish with green nonya sauce.
my average putts per 18 holes is 30 putts but not sure if bcos i eat Putting fish! haha
