20 years ago the furthest ball on the fairway is mine, now I have to look for the shortest ball!

Intend to start a Gym regime TODAY! Any tips what to start with.
Would like to have a fuller shoulder/hip turn.

I highly recommend Functional Training Institute. The trainer I use is Denesh. Its all core strengthening, increasing range of movement and very golf specific

I signed up for 12 x 1 hr sessions for $1200 + gst.
They have other packages were the rate becomes cheaper if you buy more.
In the 2 months I have been going, I have not lifted any weights, just using your own body weight ( I have a lot of that) and a lot of stretching, flexibility. As I suffer from lower back problems, this has helped a lot to get the body back in balance and functioning properly. I have some students using this trainer and I have seen a noticeable difference in their golf swings and distance

I just went to functional training institute coz of my back aches. After 1 hr assesment, found that my frequent backaches are due to weak core muscles and being flat footed. My shoulders and lower back are overworked due to being desk bound all my work life and i have curved spine (open stance). No wonder i slice all the time kekekeke.

Going to take their package, same as rsc to fix my posture and so i can golf till old painfree. Exp, but my health is worth it. best thing is cfo agreed not to count this as golf expense Very Happy

Paul, are u still coming there?
