Greetings to All,
I am a newbie to golf (3 mths)- just got my PC and need some credible info about where I can play beside executive golf course. Would also appreciate if someone can provide the process towards getting my handicapp.

Cheers
Fred

Try - SSGA, mygolfkaki or join NSRCC if you are citizen.

To clarify, I think NSRCC membership is only available to NSMen. Citizens may not necessarily have done NS (e.g. if you are a PR and then take up citizenship). For NSRCC membership (which is great IMHO), you need to have done NS.

Marina and courses in Johor and batam/bintan are the easiest ways to get scorecards. I think most important to find a good time when courses are not crowded so you won't feel the pressure despite taking 8-9 shots for each hole. I like Sunday pm games in Msia.

You can also try safra changi par3 course.. They have 9 holes all par 3 with a vairty of lenghts to practice your irons and short game..
Think it may cost you ard 20 on weekdays and 40 on weekends.
It will be pretty cool out there with planes flying over your head.. Cheers

Maybe, you should try Palm resort at JB. They have 3 interesting greens.

My mates and I been there 3 times last months.

Check out the links...http://www.palmresort.com/newsletter/ver4/c/main.html

Good luck for your game.
