| Tips on how to perform at your best in hot weather.
1) do you prefer early morning tee off or late afternoon? 2) what type of drink to rehydrate? 3) do you use cooling aids other than umbrella? 4) what sportswear have helped you? 5) game strategy
For me... 1) prefer to tee off as early as possible. Aim to finish before it gets hot. 2) have tried coconut water - naturally cooling. Gatorade and shots of Take 5ive 3) soak head band and wrist band in ice water. Squeeze out excess water and wear when you start to feel hot. 4) Skins sportswear not only compression but excellent sweat wicking properties and UV protection. Mizuno more competitive pricing. Arm sleeves does not give you all body sweat wicking function. Prefer long pants to shorts. Make sure pants material is light and airy otherwise, it becomes a sauna for your legs. 5) play aggressively in the front nine. Score as much as possible. When energy wanes in back nine, be aware of your performance. Play more club than needed and swing easy. Focus on better contact on the sweet spot. | |

| Nice information, will keep ur ideas in check when I play in the future.
1) do you prefer early morning tee off or late afternoon? As early as possible to sian the sun n heat.
2) what type of drink to rehydrate? Alway have my water bottle filled with ice cold water and then occasional coke or 100plus at halfway house.
3) do you use cooling aids other than umbrella? Usually just a wet towel to keep myself cool, nvr bring out a brolly unless it's heavy downpour.
4) what sportswear have helped you? 2XU sports gears (compression long sleeve running top n arms sleeve)
5) game strategy Happy to play under 100s

| 1) Drink plenty of fluid before, during and after game. Water-melon or Coconut juice is good! 2) Apply SPF 50 sun tan lotion. Water-proof type is ideal. Use Aloe Vera gel after game and shower. 3) Wear light apparel with sweat wicking technology. 4) Wear shades and caps. | |
