'Eye of the Tiger' : Background music as the sun comes out....sun comes out....Shotah puts on glove, followed by fist pump....Focus on the fire in the eyes. Warm up routines....because weather very cold in the morning....mist comes out as shotah exhale.....Impact Stick training...........
