This question is one we get alot. I made this video some time ago to show the differences Basically they are nothing alike. I think alot of the S & T guys have given it the flick. I still think is better than the lateral shifting however

No but seriously, S&T has this move to thrust the hips under the shoulder through impact like a reverse C, looks damn painful!
