Bro Winston,

I am wondering if I read this thread because of the great review of golf courses or the great small picture under your thread :-)

Great thread.

Planning for allied invasion in 18-21 June is getting more serious.

Those who are interested in airborn drop to HCMC, fall in to Allied Supreme Commander, "Ike" Asahi. Spore resistance commander aka Winston is preparing "friendlies" to welcome you.

Those who just want to participate in Da Nang beach landing, pm me hor.

After conquering the twin peaks, eh twin doves, of HCMC, Airborn section with link up with marines platoon in Da Nang.

Discretion will be exercised, what happens in vietnam, stays in vietnam.

Godspeed!

Ahem.....this is the commander speaking.
Yes, it's true. 18-22 June is more or less firm for the invasion to take place.
Tentative movement of attack reads as such;

18 Jun - airdrop in afternoon on HCM. Liaise with local friendlys for key strategizing and collaboration.

19 Jun - freefall onto Danang. Objective is Montgomerie.
Camp overnight.

20 Jun - full scale attack on Dunes followed by retreat to main camp at HCM at night.
More linking up with locals.

21 Jun - final assault On Twin Doves before extraction by air forces back to Singapore.
