Good Clubfitter with a Wide Range of Brands to choose from

Hi wonderful GRers,

I'm interested in getting custom-fit for a driver and have my eye on either the Mizuno MX-700 (must stay true to my nick and go the Mizz way) or Cobra ZL (tried it at the range, feels good).

But for me I see 2 potential problems: firstly, I'm left-handed and sometimes clubfitters don't have the model in LH; and secondly, I don't think all clubfitters would carry Cobra and Mizuno (or a wide range of other brands).

Does anyone know of any good clubfitters who can help me?

buy a new driver then go to the clubfitter to change shaft..

for mizuno go to golf house...for cobra, best to try chilli golf.

Pardon my ignorance, but I always thought that you're supposed to test out a range of different clubs / shafts at the clubfitter before deciding on the best combo for you?

If I buy the driver before going to the clubfitter or go to different places to try different clubs, how would I compare the performance of one club with the other?

Also if I buy MP 58 and I want to change to say gramman.....but GH does not carry kbs, so I still need to come to u right

GH should have KBS if they are a fitting centre, but as an added option.

Until the mainstream brands decide to sell heads as an option, its always going to hurt the consumer's pocket when they want precise fitting. if you go to a tour van you can see tons of new heads in boxes and tour players can select what they want and with whatever shafts they fancy, plus they get it for free. haha

Wilson used to do that but they stopped. Mizuno allowed for some of the custom fitting but only in some countries.
