Malaysian Customs Out of Entry Visa White Cards Today!

I came into JB today and brought my maid. At the customs, I went to get a white card for my maid. Guess what, I was told that they are out of white cards!!!! What kind of immigration dept runs out of entry visa white cards?!?!?

Anyway, I was told that the data can be entered manually into the system (which they did) and the passport stamped. However, when leaving, I was told that I need to let the customs officer know that there was no white card when entering JB and therefore, the only thing they should do is to refer to the passport and data entered into the system.

This is a FYI for those coming through JB customs. I don't know when the new stock will come in...

... for a moment, I wondered if the customs officer worked for BFG

Could this explain why the hut at the 2nd link JB side, where we go to collect these white cards is always unmanned?

I bought 2 booklets from the counter before. Cost

Aiyo, you have a thread to start selling immigration card... sigh.. it looks like everything is for sale in MY, from immigration cards to jet engine. There is just no limit to what can be sold...

I took a stack of cards fm the unmanned hut one morning around 6. It can last me a few years. It is inside the unlock drawer.

So you discovered the unlocked drawer too ah Mojojo? Think most Singaporeans very "kuai", see nobody dare not go into the booth and look around. I reached in through the window slats and helped myself to a stack a few years back. The stack is still an inch thick now.

Next time fly to KL or any part of M'sia also can take a bigger stack!!!
They have a huge stack of White Cards near the immigration counter...

Then luggage overweight how? Singapore customs check your bag, see the stack sure laugh also...

That is if you are comfortable using your credit card at a petrol kiosk. I've had several situations where my card ends up getting cloned due to use at a petrol kiosk.

FYI, Caltex in Pelangi has imposed the 20L limit.

i bought from the counter before too @ RM10...
