Anyone know if Malaysian Customs still require the use of white cards for non-Malaysians when entering the country, i.e. at JB customs?

I think change in Sin has higher ex rate?

No more problem in getting white cards nowadays...my travel agent can supply 20pcs

ytd rate in SIN was 230.50 and in JB was 228 only ....

some merchants still offers higher ex rates in jb near causeway...but change at ur own risk cos usually alot of eyes looking at you..
