| My PW is 46 and AW is 52.
The gap is kinda big, approximately 25 - 30m.
I hope to loft down my 52/56/60 wedges to 50/54/58.
Is there any club fitter who provide this service on steel wedges?

| thanks! i'll go check it out.
Visited a no. of shops at FESC, and they don't do it unless it's forged steel, which is supposedly softer than casted steel.

| Not advisable to bend cast steel, it may break. Better to buy new wedges. Cheers! | |

| i've gotten cast wedges bent before, so it can be done, but ultimately depends on the fitter and yourself... | |

| I also wouldn't advise bending cast wedges. it can be done, but high risk of breakage
also, note that when you adjust the loft, the bounce will be affected. when you loft down, the bounce also decreases

| TS,
Steel wedge can be bent but bend at ur own risk as most steel irons are not as soft as forged iron.

| it's cleveland cg15. i tried choking down on my PW, but the distance isn't much of a difference. i think i'll try playing with the clubface next time. | |
