Beside Rory McIlory and Jordan Spieth being the favourites to take home this title, who you think have a good chance this year?
I believe the Japanese sensation, Hideki Matsuyama & perhaps US Rickie Fowler may have a good chance ... I hope the former could hold the Asian flag high and makes us proud ... BTW, he is the co-leader for the Memorial Open after the first round ...

We shall see if the legendary and ex World's #1 TW can revive his magic starting from tonite (Singapore time) ... BTW, the Chambays Bay GC is somewhat like a link course and certain tee off boxe grounds are not even ...

Yup. Lots of pros have commented about the tee boxes, notably Ian Poulter.

Exciting to watch... but probably will watch on 3rd and final round...
Since it's like link course, I will favour more to the European players... Rory stand a good chance (Long hitter and accurate iron player).

This is the hardest to predict. Even the pros have not encountered such a course. Neither Links or Standard US open style.

In his heyday, Tiger would stride onto a golf track early on the day before a major. That was then and this is now, and Woods’ dress rehearsal for the U.S. Open was on the range, not the course.
Tiger Woods talked about how confident he was coming into this week’s U.S. Open, but his actions — a late-afternoon practice session on Wednesday — may speak louder than his words. Woods surprised media and fans alike when he showed up around 4 p.m. local time for some extended work on the range with swing consultant Chris Como and caddie Joe LaCava in tow. He hit shots for more than two hours and did not go out on the course for nine holes, which was out of the ordinary for the 14-time major winner.

Mmm.... Tiger was still smiling at end of game.... no usual throwing tantums after poor shots or putt ... look like he already conceeded defeat in this tournament.... don't think he will make the cut....

If Jason Day does not suffer another bout of Vertigo, am sure he'll be a strong contender come Sunday ... Spieth is cool as a cucumber when comes to those "must sink" putt a la Tiger in his heyday ... Dustin Johnson is long and straight for the last 3 days of play ... He is certainly on form ...

I hope it's a Jordan Spieth victory on Sun. He's been doing well in majors consistently
