| Glad to have played below 90s.
It's has been months since last played at NSRCC Changi. Began the round with navy follow by army course. I am so overjoyed for my first 9 hole that I wanted to share this wonderful experience for playing the best score for 9 holes.
Hole 1 (par 4) Tee up with driver and went to left of rough. Hit 9i and landed 25ft away from pin. 2 putted for par
Hole 2 (par 4) Use driver and almost went OB on the left. With a tree in line of the pin. Took out a 3 wood to punch and landed just before the green. Chip to 2ft and 1 putted for par
Hole 3 (par 3) Used 6i and land just left of fringe. Chip to 1ft and 1 putted for par.
Hole 4 (par 4) Drove with a driver to centre of fairway. Hit with 9i and landed in the bunker before the green. Wedge out of bunker with 20ft from pin. 2putted for bogey.
Hole 5 (par 5) Driver shot to the left after the bunker. Use rescue 3hyb and left with 100m. Duff 52 degree wedge on 3rd shot and land 30m from pin. Chip to 2ft from pin and 1 putted for par.
Hole 6 (par 3) It is a long par 3 and took out 3hyb and shank to the right and landed in bunker. Chip out of bunker and left with 15ft from pin. 2 putted for bogey.
Hole 7 (par 4) Drove to the centre of fairway and hit 9i approach shot to 3ft from pin. Missed birdie and 2 putted for par.
Hole 8 (par 4) Drove to the left onto opposite fairway. Hit 8i and landed 20ft from pin. 2 putted for par
Hole 9 (par 5) Drove to the right of the cart path. Took rescue and landed 100 away from pin. Took PW and hit my 3rd shot to land 2ft from pin for a birdie.
However the army 9 hole score was back to my original standard and came back with 49.
That's golf. Sometime you play good and sometime you don't.

| you putted very well in the 1st nine. 14 putts = about 1.5 putts per hole.
How many putts for back nine?

| There are always games aplenty Atiq. Why don't we set one up with Asahi, then I can watch him complain or compliment you on how well or not he's been fitted. (of course it's never the golfer's fault) | |

| Back 9 score was more like myself and it went like this:
Army Hole 1 (par 5) Drive to left and into the bunker. Hit rescue to around 90m from red pin. Took 52 degree wedge but top to back of the green fridge. Chip to 2ft and 2putted for bogey as the green speed was rather 1-2 slower than navy.
Hole 2 (par 4) Drove to the opposite fairway. Took 9i and hit fat and landed in the left green side bunker. Chip to 15ft and 2putted for bogey.
Hole 3 (par 3) Shank my iron and went right with 45m away from pin. Chip to 12ft and 2 putted for bogey.
Hole 4 (par 5) Drove to the right top of bunker. Hit rescue with 90m from pin. Took 52degree and duff the 3rd shot with 20m from green. Chip 4th shot and left with 12ft from green. 2 putted for bogey.
Hole 5 (par 4) Tee off with 3 wood and was left with 170m from green. Notice of the Strong head wind, and decided to use 3 wood again for 2nd shot. Land 30ft away from pin. 3 putted for bogey.
Hole 6 (par 4) Tee off and land in the right bunker. Top the 2nd shot and still in same bunker, top the 3rd shot as well and left with 60m from pin. Follow by a chip and 2putted for double bogey.
Hole 7 (par 3) Hit with 5i to the centre back of green with 30ft from right red pin. 3 putted for bogey.
Hole 8 (par 4) Tee off to left of hazard but still playable without touching the ground. Left with 140m, took 6i and hit to the left of green and drop into water hazard. Drop a ball, hit 4th and landed on the fringe of the green. Putted in to 5ft and 2 putted again for triple bogey.
Hole 9 (par 4) Drove into the left water hazard. Drop a ball at 170m hit 3rd shot with 5i into right water hazard. Drop 2nd ball and hit 5th shot to 3ft of pin and 1 putted for double bogey.

| For a hacker who plays to a score of 49 on one nine, I must compliment you on how detailed you are on keeping track of every single shot hit right down to clubs and distance. I've only ever seen such detailed tracking from very high hand golfers or professionals. | |

| Am keen to try the par 3 course in NSRCC.. Really good for practice! How bout that for a start? Loser pay for drinks lol For Asahi, the best fitting is yet to come.. All at our fingertips to cater his personalization ChrisD - You had 0% fairways hit for drives.. Your shaft may either be heavy or too light that when you're warmed up, the shaft is too soft for you and if its too stiff and heavy it will make you tired faster. For iron play also it you can try a lighter shaft and it can help in your stamina throughout the round. Saving three 3-putts on the back would help you play 86 - 87.. Well your first nine was great and lets also remember the good things that happened in the front nine... Great explanation on the round | |

| 86 is a good score but if you has been in the 90 +/- range it should be coming soon for you to break 90.
Try to play other course and see if you get the same result if yes then can go lower still. keep playing keep lowering your score.

| For people who doesnt know ChrisD, after reading and submitted your comment. Please stand up steadily. Ok take a deep breath and exhale slowly, then take a normal step forward. Ok now take your second step. Now ask yourself honestly, do you feel like you are sort of limping??? Well thats because one of your leg is slightly longer now, like somebody have pulled one of your leg and it had lengthen slightly. YES !!!! For those who knows him, the main story is not about the 1st nine BUT about the 2nd nine !!!!! He had a shitty 2nd nine! kekekekkekek titu | |
