| Hi all share a quick review on Tsrumai Country Club, I was in JP for work in May and had a chance to play at this JLPGA course located in the Tokyo Bay area. It is approx. 30mins via car from Ginza area and luckily my Jap colleague drove, else it would costs a bomb to take taxi to this location. This course is designed by famous Japanese designer Seiichi Inoue. It has 2 x 18 holes, West and East course It was spring season and ideal for golf, around 20-24 degrees C Price was approx. 140,000 JPY for 18holes, coupled with free breakfast and lunch. It was reasonable price. We played the East course. 2 balls was allowed as it was a Monday. The Japanese golf culture is indeed very unique and great to experience. Entering the club house, you are greeted by Pro shop and many nice posters about the course. Must wear jacket into the clubhouse Before you start play, must have compulsory Japanese breakfast, yummy!! Pictures from the course, a lot of Pines trees, we played off whites which was approx. >6500m and both tough/manageable holes. Greens are cement hard and rolling very fast, if your ball don't bite and you hit to the pin, likely it will roll off the green. Buggy runs automatic along the dirt track, like a mono-cart and you can walk all 18 holes. You control the buggy via a remote control and its very accurate like most Japanese technology. don't worry about your buggy running off etc down-hill par 4 Par 3 onto island green, big tree directly in the middle to navigate Pine trees lining the fairways After 9 holes, compulsory break for lunch and it was surprising good: after lunch, then start back 9 best part was after the game where you can enjoy free sauna + onsen and squatting shower facilities, but no pictures naturally!! Sorry for the long post!! | |

| If only we can relax like the jap, lunch break before continue on the back 9. Take it easy.
Most of the time is just refill water, toilet break and go.
Tks for the review. | |

| indeed, to the Japs, golf is almost an art-form culture. After 1st nine, we were given a time chit which stated our time which we were to begin the back9 and as mentioned, compulsory sit down lunch cum chit chat etc it also made the game >5hrs long, considering we also had onsen and sauna after the game to interact with fellow golfers in your natural finest skin!! | |
