looking for person whom know driver head spray and putter restoration?

hi, looking for someone or someone you may know whom is able to do matt black driver head spray as well as person whom may know how to restore a putter with dinks around to its previous gory....thanks and please do pm or reply with contacts...

driver re-spray: ask ur auto denting painting shop. it will be a breeze for them.
Just be careful of swing weight changes. not much, but some are picky..

I think Scotty Camero (US) could do it for their customers but the fee may be exorbitant. Unless the putter is a collector's item and could fetch a premium if you sell it, I don't see the point. Anyway, I have not heard of any local contractor who does this and I believe there is no demand for it locally. Perhaps you might wanna check with Henry @ FESC 2nd level. He might be able to advise you.

have. it was in sin ming on lvl 5. I'll have to see his namecard - in my car glove compartment.
He was hesitant and kept insisting that not his issue if cannot do properly. he charged $30 back in 2008.

hi bro, called henry but think no one does restoration in singapore except titleist.....looking at those metal house and not sure they does that in singapore....can be profitable...

Spray paint still ok.

How to do putter for you? The most they milled it for you but it also means material less, weight also different...

Just buy new putter lah.

Scotty not ex but almost as good as sell and buy a second hand. I tried doing that to my old scotty.

You wanna consider Golds Factory to 'zhng' your putter?

Scotty Custom shop only does it for Scotty Cameron but just look at how GF does it, they can add weights too apart from restoring your beloved putter

Bro, I did this. Give it a try. 
Bought myself a G15 driver and Bridgestone Jumbo III Blades (funny enough, easy to hit and high launching). Decided to jazz them up:

Painting an old driver:
Step 1: Sanding


Step 2: Taping


Step 3: Primer


Step 4: Three coats of matt black


Step 5: Quick coat of car wax




After one game, repeat painting process. Kidding. Paint actually quite tough. When you need to touch up, light sanding and then one coat of paint. Does it affect performance? Yes, my drives are now further and straighter - 181 m push to wrong fairway. Previously 180m hook.

For restoration, buy a small bench grinder from hobby or hardware shop. Practise with an old club first and then have fun!!!!

Thank guys. Primer from regular paint shop. Spray on. Let it dry completely. Then a few coats of paint. Let each coat dry completely. First time I did it, I rushed it and the paint was too thick. So when I tried to wax it, it created lumps. So I sanded it down again and repeated the process. If you want it to be ever hardier, spray on lacquer (matt finish, if you want non-glossy effect) at the end. But do that on the hot day so it won't end up looking cloudy.

Bench grinder with a hand grinder attachment is damn good. Cost less than $50. You can clean the grooves of your wedges and with an old wedge, experiment with different grinds.

Alamak bro....uploading pix a bit leceh. Small grinder looks like normal grinder, just smaller. Ha! I now live in Oz so I got it cheap at Aldi. But I've seen the same grinder at hardware shops around the Jalan Besar area. Walk around Jalan Berseh hawker centre (good food) and you will find these grinders/
