| Friend of mine want to acquire my yellow epon cart bag, and since I don't use any Epon club anymore, I think it's time to let it go.
So its time to search for a new bag, and I'm eyeing the 2014 Ogio Chamber
I've a few questions before I decide: 1. Is there any better alternatives other than Ogio Chamber? 2. I read that the ball compartment mechanism will loose after some time, so that it will remains open. Is this true? 3. Does the putter compartment can accomodate Superstroke Fatso grip? 4. How good is the durability of Ogio bag? never had one before.
Thanks | |

| Hi I am using a chamber and love it.
Pros: clubs lock in place and separated by chamber system so u dun get the club grips getting caught in each other in the bag. No more dings on soft forged heads due to clanging during transport and lastly, lots of compartments for ur knick-knacks.
Cons: Bag with full gear is extremely heavy. Much heavier than a staff bag... So I only use it when I play on courses with buggy. I am also worried about the rubber seals that holds the clubs in place becoming loose over time. As for the ball compartment coming loose, as long as you dun put lots of balls in there, it should be quite secure. Usually I carry two-three sleeves and it's holding up fine. And I am not sure if the putter compartment can hold a putter with fatso grip but my long putter grip feels snug. Although the compartment for putter seems much larger than the rest.
Hope it helps! | |

| Hi bro,
thanks for the sharing.
Three sleeves meaning 9 balls?
Do you know whether there's any difference between the 2012 - 2013 and 2014 models?
Does the material easily broken?

| Bagboy is well though-out and designed and beautifully manufactured. Only thing is that it's not a looker and heavy, even when it's empty. | |

| I also use an ogio cart bag (cant remember the model name) and I think they make quality products with well thought out compartment placements.
I love the elastic golf ball compartment

| I am using an Ogio cart bag since early last year. It is still going strong, just did some minor cleaning and it looks as good as new.
Ball compartment is still working, no issue with it coming loose so far.
I am using Iomic jumbo grip, putter compartment big enough to handle. so no issue with that as well.
Overall, i think the bag can last a pretty long time considering that i play almost every week. So good investment!

| I've found that the Nike bags to be pretty decent. You can get good bargains from Golf Direct. For the price, they're really good | |

| Yeah, 9 balls...
Material of the bag quite good... No runs, tears or splits after more than half a year of courses and ranges... I usually go course once every two weeks and range around three to four times a week...

| I am a big fan and believer of OGIO products. I think there products are built to be sturdy and rugged to handling. My first experience came from the Mammoth travel bag, one that lasted me for about 3 yrs and 20 trips, when my previous 4 travel bag couldnt last for more than 3-4trips. That got me sold!
I have now: 1 X OGIO cart bag 1 X OGIO Stand bag 1 X OGIO duffle bag 1 X OGIO mammoth travel bag 1 X OGIO Gambit haversack 1 X OGIO luggage

| I've committed to myself to get the chamber, and so I went to the pro shop bringing my zen proto putter with superstroke fatso installed. And to my dissapointed, it didn't fit the putter slot Other thing that dissapointed me is how standard the top bag cover was, I'm expecting more from 400+sgd bag. So now I left with 2 options. Titleist 9.5" staff bag http://www.titleist.com/accessories/cart-bags/staff-bag.aspx Or this one (black one) http://www.progolfjapan.com/am_1211_45cm09110/ I bagged titleist iron and driver, but I can get the mizuno by 40% cheaper than the titleist... What do you think? | |

| Staff staff bags are huge aren't they? Maybe too big even for carts. Go with the mizunos. | |
