| If you've budget constraint, go for David Ng (ex-Snr SG Tour pro) who teaches in OCC ... He is good in the sense that he is practical oriented and yet he charges below $100 per hour for one-on-one session ... I am not his friend or related to him, just noticed the way he taught and I find him pragmatic oriented and he would not confuse you with alot of "theories" without substantiating them ... There is another older Pro in OCC there seemed like "pian chek" type to me ... Avoid him at all cost ... | |

| David ng always have a constant stream of students. Beside him at occ is chia ren chiat. People who ranged at laguna range before it closed will remember ren. He is one of the top coaches there.
There is another Indian coach who teaches at the members area. Well regarded as well. Think his name is balaji.

| For those staying in the north, can give Johanis of SCC a go.
A few of my frends who was coached by him, improved a lot within a short period. If I m not wrong, his charges is quite reasonable for 1-1 session and the balls at SCC is relatively cheap n it's free parking too.

My two boys were coached by him and he was able rekindle their interest.

| I think he is available on both courses. depending on which range is open. I believe he charges $900 for 8 lessons with trackman. | |

| Tigercrab, let me know if you are still looking for a coach.. I have two in mind and my missus have benefitted from both.. Actually, from my perspective, I am pretty impressed with her swing.. Much more textbook and elegant than mine considering thAt she took up the sport only 4-5 months ago.... Took a snapshot while we were in ria bintan... | |
