Hybrid Shaft Tip Diameters Empty
PostSubject: Hybrid Shaft Tip Diameters   Hybrid Shaft Tip Diameters I_icon_minitimeFri Jan 24, 2014 11:45 pm

Hi GRians,

Was looking at Cobra Baffler steel-shafted hybrids (older models) and realised that one of their unusual features was the use of 0.335 tipped shafts (usually used for longer FW and driver shafts). Most irons / hybrids I have come across on the market use 0.355 or 0.370 tipped shafts as stock.

Is there any performance difference in the use of thinner tipped shafts versus thicker ones?

Many thanks in advance to the GR pros and clubfitters for sharing your knowledge!

cheers,
tim
