haha. funny pic from rsc. Coming to think abt it, to err is but human ya. Bet many of us are guilty of cheating at times too, might just be psychologically not physically... The media is just leveraging of Tiger to create more cover stories.

I don't think his endorsements will be affected too, given the fact that he's still doing well in his golfing career. The repercussions that i could think of its the image and reputation that he has built up all these yrs will go down to the drain. It just take 1 mistake to ruin everything man... Futhermore, the media coverage is making it worse. The women seems to pop out from everywhere to claim that they had an affair with Tiger somewhat. The damn car crash basically gave them an opportunity to substain their claims. Guess they have been waiting to this day to exploit him..

Nike need him more than TW need them. Who they got? AK?, Michelle Wie? Even AK got a 'party animal' reputation.

There is talk of Gillette thinking of dropping him even though they issued a statement saying that they support him "at this time", leaving them a caveat of "we'll see what happens down the road".

But looking at other sports stars who've been in the same boat, as current sponsors drop the star, others will see an opportunity to sign the star on, perhaps at even a discount. But only after the furore has died down and the star starts to win again.

People have short memories. The furore will die down. Tiger's dominance may be shaky now but I'm sure the sponsors would be silly to ditch him. They may "tarik harga" now but I'm sure are very keen to hold on to him. It's Tiger Woods after all.

Clinton is different. As he's in politics whereas tiger is an atheletics. Who seriously give a damn abt his private life.. As long as he's still able to excel in his field. There's like lotsa celebrities out there invovled in such scandals too.

Clinton was #1 in politics. Tiger was #1 in golf.
Both fields require honesty and good ethics.
Both betrayed their families and supporters.

Anyway, whichever the case, I think the dirt on Tiger is really quite amazing. So many rumors going around. E!News has so much to shovel around.
