3 foreign workers died and 8 injured for Singapore

2 construction workers died and 8 were injured today's DTL accident.
1 maid fell to her death.

But not a Single mention of condolences on any Social media of any sorts.

But if they do make a single mistake, have poor behavior or even simply standing too close to people on the public transport,
they get flamed, humiliated and condemned.


As National Day approaches,
just feel the need to spread the message of understanding and national reconciliation and love to all my fellow Singaporeans.

They may not have come here to directly/indirectly help you,
but they were hired by the Gov to make your life alittle better.
Countless have lost their limbs and lives just to make their lives/ their families' life alittle better.
Not to mention improve Singapore.

So on this dark day,
please try to look at them in a different light.
treat them alittle better.

Well it's the same junction of the Ferrari accident ... Think the place is really 'dirty'.

i agree totally DLWL......the general public is quick to criticize but slow to sympathize.

its really sad that this has to happen. for those who can, say a prayer when you pass that junction and may their souls find solace and peace.

This post is definitely worth reading and some soul searching on our parts.
