| Anybody heard anything about this before?
http://www.golfloopy.com/
They have very interesting articles. There is even a section that covers golf fitness & nutrition etc.
I especially like this article http://www.golfloopy.com/why-most-amateurs-suck-at-golf/

| someone else just made a similar post regarding golfloopy this morning
the website is surprisingly thorough. i personally find it quite useful, although i will just pick and choose what to read, cos there is really too much info. i think their approach, whilst scientific and very informational, may not be for everyone, esp those who prefer a more hands-on style of learning, rather than reading pages and pages of info
but all in all, this is a really useful and informational site | |

| I am not impressed. very wordy, it goes on and on. for a site that claims every years of golf teaching isn't helping golfers, their golf swing theories are nothing new. It just adds the kinesio/anatomy terms to it. MYTPI did that already.
Swing theory for intance still talks abt importance of impact (nothing new there), flat left wrist (no cupping), being stacked, hands forward, maintain the tush line (Brady Riggs used this term for years) etc. It talks about positive practice. We heard that before. Even worse, the swing theories breaks down every move/position in the swing. it's hyper-analytical.
lastly, there is not even real names and locations of the website writers. These folks aren't subject to peer reviews.
I prefer MYTPI, Golf.About.Com, The Plane Truth.
just my opinion. | |
