Indoor - Golf Simulator @ Bukit Batok Driving Range

Hi Golfers,

Just wanted to share some news on this newly opened Golf Simulator centre (SimiGolf) in Bukit Batok Driving Range (2nd Floor).

The current opening promotion of $20 per 18 hole game will last till end of Aug. Thereafter, it will be *$28 and *$38 per game for off-peak and peak period. * price is after using a $10 discount voucher for every 18 hole game played. There is no discount voucher for 9 hole game or booking via hour.

For those who wish to try playing in a golf simulator, do take advantage of this promotional price. There are 20 real-secenic golf courses (not computer graphic) to choose, e.g. Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Kiawah Island, Spyglass, Harbourtown, Troon North, Bethpage Black, Banff Springs, etc. SimiGolf's contact is 6563 2827.

At SimiGolf, there is also an in-house Pro who is managing the centre. He will give tips and provide some guidance if you ask. I learned my chipping/short game from him Smile

By the way, if you get a hole-in-one while playing an 18 or 9 hole game, the price is a box of Titleist ProV1 + 1 cup of Kopi-O... cheers

that's a very reasonable price for an 18 hole game. it's interesting that they price it by holes rather than by the hour.

btw, do u happen to know what model of simulator they are using?

It is beneficial to customers if they priced by hole as one may take longer to finish the 18-hole round ...

SimiGolf's simulators are from HD Golf (http://hdgolf.com/), Canada. The system uses both high speed cameras and motion detect to track the ball, state of the art. Its abit like TP uses high speed camera to detect speeding. This brand of simulator is currently marketed by a local golf house and cost $84,000.00 for a complete unit.

I have personally played in other simulators and do find HD Golf's simulator most fun and closest to playing on a real course. The scene are also amazing... almost 3D.

You're right. My first game with another 2 friends took almost 3 hours to complete. It would have cost us much more at other places. For $20 each (not inclusive of the beer), that was good entertainment and fun for 3 hours..

The current $20 promo will end on 31st Aug.

Starting from 1st Sep, the price will be:

*$38 per 18holes (off-peak)
*$48 per 18holes (peak)
$22 per 9 holes (off-peak)
$32 per 9 holes (peak)
$30 per hour (off-peak)
$40 per hour (peak)

*$10 discount voucher will be given for use on next game, regardless of peak or off-peak.
Peak Period will be after 5pm on weekdays, whole day on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Simi Golf will also be launching packages on 1st Sep. Details will be finalised and reveal soon. Will keep you guys posted.

Package for Simi Golf's simulator on offer on 1st Sep has been revealed as follows:

10+2 games > $300 (Usual $576, valid for 6 months)
5 games > $150 (Usual $240, valid for 3 months)

* games are for 18Holes game.
* games are valid for both peak and off-peak period.
* not valid with other promotion.
* can redeem for multiple players.

I do find greater saving from these packages as SimiGolf allows for multiple players redemption. The 10+2 (12 games) can be easily used up with 2 other buddies in 4 sessions.

Nevertheless, will go for another round this Saturday before the $20 promotion ends.

It seems the busier timing are between 3~6pm. I do suggest you to call Simi Golf at 6563 2827 for reservation if you are planning to play at these timing.

The current $20 and $15 promotion is attracting more golfers, especially these raining period.
