Any golf coach to recommend at Bukit Batok Driving Range

I checked abit but somehow a few that I saw online with recommendation seems mainly in Bishan / TPY area ~~ ...

ANyone to recommend at bukit batok? Smile

Ronald at Bukit batok is good, if u keen can meet u there intro u to him.

Agree, he is a good pro.

No basic, advance, etc level for you to sign on again and again; only a set of 10 lessons and you can play.

Only go back for single session for tuning for bad shots. Rolling Eyes

Old school type of teaching (army CSM style) but effective for me as far as I am concerns.

Will recommend him too..

I never be taught under him. But I go cdans to.practixe the most. He seems to be the busiest coach which is a good sign.

CSM Company Sergeant Major.. haha! means v tough disciplined no-nonsense army-like approach probably means not ur friendly sweet talking type who always uses positive reinforcement.. CSM type probably uses lots of **%## language and shows no mercy to whip u into shape!... LOL !

Alternative u can also go Warren too. Justin Han is also good.

Sometimes only lah.

Most of the time for me as I was not learning but correcting bad habits of a few years old.

I recommend him and you can go see if he is suitable for you in terms of his style of teaching, timing of lessons, budget, etc.

At first was a bit worried abt the CSM style that Fatboy & jeffman88 mentioned ... but after talking to him on the phone, I actually find him quite a nice guy ... not like there will be $%#%^$% any time. Razz

haha..indeed. But he also quite flexible with timing it seems...at least for e first lesson. i couldnt get my preferred timing but when nearer timeslot opens up, he will ask me if i wanna take up.

Yeah ! Ronald is passionate and dedicated in his training. My boy (aka 'i' in here), was under him for 7yrs and still goes back to him for advice. His training might be old school but the foundation he builds in you is definitely solid !

Met Ronald through an auntie while i was browsing the driving range. She walk over and ask "golden question" - "U want to learn golf? I got good recommendation".

Talked to Ronald, dun feel the CSM style (maybe have not start lesson yet). From his explanation, he talks more on the use of body motion to improve your swing. A lot of different "axis method" to help you remember which part of body to move in relation from upward swing to downward swing.

Too bad very far away for me and my frens, else will consider to learn from him...

ronald taught me the full swing and lob-shot techique which greatly improves my consistency and variety of shots; i broke 90 from blue the first time after going to him

i will go back to him once every few months to ensure that my swing mechanics are still intact

went for 2 lesson .... first lesson was theory n basic... 2nd lesson slowly will go to full swing (or is that 3/4?) haha...anyway washitting abt 50m using an iron 7 during e 2nd lesson.
