They're in much better condition, driveability is still an issue though.

The parking brake did not engage and the steering wheel was heavy and difficult to turn for one buggy I had, and there were power issues with another.

After two changes, I got a perfectly functioning buggy.

So do remember to check the working condition of your buggy still on the way to the first tee.

Buggy does not have divot repair sand container, club and ball washer on board?

I played there on national day, like bro birdman showed, the buggy was ok, no club washer on the buggy. it was buggy on track that day.. the course is hilly n plenty of ups n downs so better be sure that the buggy is working before u start.. I played palm n water course, the some bunkers are waste bunkers so u can take free relief,  the condition wasn't fantastic but the layout at water was much better and challenging. overall it was a okay course but the fees I felt was abit of thw high side.. I paid about 250rm on a PH..

Just went to legend yesterday. First time play there. Initially plan to tee off ard 10, but delay due JB custom jam, reached the place  already 11am. So tee off as afternoon 1st flight... Played Palm and hill, the course is okie, fairway grass is mixed with cow grass... The sand in the bunker is not sand, more to soil.. what worse is buggy on track, my friends and I were already shagged by the time reached hole 14. Green speed is super slow...

I'm with you on this one bro TDO.

Harsh as it may sound, anyone who insists on driving onto the fairway on a wet day with soft and soggy course conditions does so out of pure laziness with no consideration for others that come after them.

Yet often, these are the same people that complain of how terrible the course conditions are the next time they play at the same course. And they wonder why?

IMO, they don't deserve to be playing this game that relies on honour and self integrity as its cornerstone.

Apart from the above rant, I must say that Legends is one of the better courses to play during this wet season, which is why I chose to play there today.

Legends fairways are usually firmer than most other courses when dry, which stands to reason that during this time of the season, the fairways will be less soggy than most other courses that normally feature lush fairways.

The only problem is that what little sand they fill the bunkers with is entirely washed away when it rains. As was the case today, most were clay bunkers instead of sand.

Green speed was reasonably consistent, about 8.5 to 9 on the stimpmeter.

Played Water and Palm, both were in good condition, but Palm was by far the better nine.

And yes, it was buggy on track all day. So we played half the time walking, as golf was originally meant to be.

But I noticed that it tends to rain more at Legends than other jb courses. Have u guys experience this or it is just me? Cheers!

i played there on wed the course was good . But some holes was buggy on track and some are not.

We have caddy so there is no problem on whether buggy is on track or not. i always enjoy myself at legend.

Played there last Friday. Course condition was good, buggy officially on track but condition was good enough so they didn't enforce the buggy rule. Buggy conditions were bad, brakes not working again.

Actually, I cannot find a reason not to play at Legends.

hi, was there last Sat wi 3 flights teed off 1pm & completed whole course wi buggy on course & on track for couple of holes....other than e really bad traffic jam at Tuas JB side, trip was great overall incl dinner at Xiang Mann Restuarant

ps: some fairways quite soggy & buggy track side too, 1 of our buggy slided off track & got stucked, luckily for us some gardeners came to help us back on track  

yes sir, bro TDO, we do lookout for soggy fairway areas & avoid them....u r rite e buggy they drove went abit fast due to bad brakes, so glided off e track.....not intentionally speeding though

They probably they beer drinkers will not bother to check the number of bottles charged.

I don't see any locals patronising the restaurant other than us golfers.

Their food quality is not fantastic and a lot of dishes on menu is always not available.

I also realised that every time the bill is always higher than other restaurants.
