MBs are a type of blades, easily identified by the bulge at the lower back of the iron.It is a more prevalent blade design these days compared with the pure traditional blades, all due to designers trying to play around with the weighting to improve moi. So more traditional blade design you should not see the bulge, almost flat. The best that one can get to traditional blade would still be a mb mix( ie less muscle) Have not seen a traditional blade design for most commercial brands, will be difficult to retail I guess. Hope that helps

Hope that helps Thanks. Your clarification sounds more sensible . I got a little confused when i saw the club head size of old Wilson blades comparing to current MB 's in the market.

They are user-friendly but I dun get the orgasmic feel which I experienced in the bladed irons when hit on the G-Spot ... Oops ... I mean Sweet-Spot ... Yeah Turbo.. The smaller headed Blades are even more orgasmic the musclebacks of today are so much bigger in terms of clubface thus the forgiveness

comparing the two.. i still miss the orgasmic feeling of the old sch blades.. than the muscles of today Bro, this is a true blue traditional blade without the piece of bulging muscle at the back which one normally see in today's blades ... Very very unforgiving indeed ...

Pocket cavity GI iron. Nice looking iron nevertheless. Use what is comfortable to u, u are the one using it. Not your flight mate not your friend Even if you beat him, it does not take away anything.
