Abilities first. Understanding the science required and applying the correct science helps them from there on...

Biomechanics and energy transfer..
Usually from ground reaction force up to hips then to shoulders and lastly the release..
Golfers who understand the biomechanics of their individual golf swings can be able to generate more force from their swing, though it is a fine line drawn between forcing your swing and a swing you are comfy with..
This is just my personal opinion..
