| Titleist AP1 712..real good stuff....i also never buy the hype (sorry to say this, but i always though Titleist users are just hyping their sets cause they paid so much for it) until i won a set in lucky draw...and it is a very good set, a clear difference to a couple of popular brands SGI i played (TM Burner, Callaway BB) and a few no name brands. Lowered my score by 10 stokes!!! (i am a very high handicapper, after -10 strokes its still a very high score) in just my 4th game with the set. Even launch the 4 iron long with ease!!!!! dont need a hybrid....
i dont know the reason, maybe its just me not the set..all i know is after 4 game, i played my best game with it (in the first 3 games, i can clearly see the improvement). Almost gave up on golf cause i play so badly, back to my bowling scores when i first started out.

Try them all. Its part of the fun. Project 2 nd chance has a some perhaps. Or just get some loose irons of what u famcy visually, see if they work for you on the course. Where it matters, not the range, where we all are heroes, till we realise its the chipping and putting that scores. Actually forget what i just said, just bring what you have to the course, work on equipment replacement backwards from the putter to wedge then skip the irons and look at drivers or fairway woods. | |
