Anyone have problem claiming golf insurance from chartis?

my driver head cracked during a pratise session on july last year. was insured with chartis till date they still underwriting it whenever i call them, they will say call me in 1 day but never did. any advice on what to do next?

Get a name, and direct line of the person dealing with your case.

From there, easier to manage by checking back with one person only.

I'm not under chartis. But whenever I claim for damages/lost, they will require me to do it in writing. Just last year alone, I lost 6 wedges

I was under chartis for travel insurance, just did a recent claim from them. They are pretty slow and will notify you via sms after they process your claim. After handing in the documents, they reimbursed me in 1-2 mths. For your case they seem to be taking a really long time, should keep chasing them.

I believe insurance companies fall under the purview of Monetary Authority of Singapore. If Chartis's service is that bad, perhaps you can threaten to copy your complaint to MAS. That should get them moving!
