Anyone has the same problem - yips ?

Like the title, putting yips anyone ?

I have not so severe yips, but enough to make me frustrated when I'm on the green. My yips problem tends to close the putter face when I putt (wrist movement) so the ball goes to the left of the hole.

I know some fix is to use belly putter or very long putter, but any tips that anyone here has ?

Hi dave, how about a straight back and straight through putting technique? It sorts of eliminates the club face rotating timing issue.

Though it brings forth another issue of pushing the ball off line and not getting a true roll end over end immediately.

I use belly putter, but sometimes I also have the yips... hahahah
it is just part of the game... dun get too fussed about it... the more you think about it, the more you screw up

I find that as long as I relax, and dun get too tensed about the 4 footer, I can usually make it.
Belly putter can help, jumbo grip also... but only to some extent.
