Bimatrix Shaft for drivers by Grafalloy Empty
PostSubject: Bimatrix Shaft for drivers by Grafalloy   Bimatrix Shaft for drivers by Grafalloy I_icon_minitimeWed Nov 28, 2012 9:40 am

Hiya!

Anyone has tried/tested/used the Grafalloy Bimatrix shaft before? Care to provide me a review? I have read the review done by the folks from GolfWRX but I would like to hear from the Asian social golfers whose perception is closer to mine.

As far as I know, this shaft was once used by the PGA big hitter, Bubba Watson and it comes with many psychedelic colors ...

Thanks in advance for any invaluable comments you could provide ...

cheers

recently i was in a conference with a group of clubfitters from the US. someone mentioned Golfwrx and the response was.....you mean the bunch of guys whose average 7 irons are 212 yards.

it was meant to be sarcastic as far as i know.

DGman

however i still have a couple of the original bimatrix which was tested by TW at some point...he promptly lose 30 yards off his drives. its free for anyone who wants to venture on with them. its not the colourful version but its the same shaft.

I am using the this shaft on Titty 910 D2. Comparing it to stock diamana ilima shaft, the Bimatrix ball flight is significantly lower for me. I average between 200-230m and have found this shaft to be quite forgiving, providing me tighter dispersion and as a result, I am finding more fairways.

Looks wise, you get a mixed of sarcasm and envious comments. Why? Bcos Bubba Watson uses this shaft for his ever long drives and if you are to his standard. And other folks into "wanna look young mode" will think why their equipment is so gawdy looking.

Often, when I insert myself into other flights, i get queries where you bought this, why is there is a steel tip, etc. So you prob find yourself answering many qns too!

I have purchased more expensive shafts and somehow I have not been able to execute as well as Bimatrix. Been always in my bag since.

Cheers Smile

what color did u use? Very Happy

I got mine, not yet install, color is bright and lively.. and also... very budget shaft.

The newer version has 65g shaft. But swingweight increases due to the steel tip.. perhaps thats why it feels heavy

Hi Kooky,

Glad to find another Bimatrix owner. I am using pink!

Yes, it is a budget shaft that suits me quite nicely. I am using 65g stiff, so far so good for me. Doesnt feel too heavy for me. If you are using driver adaptors, will be fun calibrating the best fit on your driver head.

Is there any requirement for this offer? If available, I would like to have a go at this shaft/weight, steel tip.
