How to permanently remove rust on the sole of the forged irons?

Appreciate your sharing of experience and knowledge.

Rust deposits on the soles of Callaway Muscle Back Prototype Forged Irons.
Of all the forged iron sets i played, it only happened to this set.

Could this be due to the finishes that wear off?

Where can i get them re-coated?

hv done small re-chrome jobs for small metal parts w them and they seem to do various types of metal coatings and platings .. understand they do small jobs for motorcycle and auto enthusiasts .. chap is Mr.Jackson Chia (Operation) Hp: 94772510.. Hv not done any golf clubs w them tho...
Need to bring ur stuff to him to verify type of metal or alloy and see if job is feasible.. price wise v reasonable!
