Is that a metal farme beside the plywood? I could be wrong...

What if the ball hits the frame and the ball shoots back......I think sure got no time to react.

So, safety first if I may suggest.

Coach Tendy is aware. Think he has already hired contractor to cushion the metal frame.

Stickman, thanks for raising up this safety issue. It is really a point worth considering. However the experiment will be conducted under strict instructions and supervision as not anybody will be allow to do this by themselves.....even if the player is of high proficiency...lol

This is considered reasonably worthwhile if he can guarantee your ROI ... In other words, after looking at your initial driving distance and technique, he should give you a good estimation on how much distance you can increase after the 5-hour lesson ...

BTW, among the 3 students in the videos posted by Pro Tendy, the lady has the most fluid and sound swing ...

For clubhead speed:    
physical strength + flexibility +  coordination + swing skills + balance + explosive force + Perfect practice= RESULT。

I dare not give a number cos I am not good with distances yet. But I can say that my drives usually hit the range nets. My better ones sometimes go over the range net.

Fairway club at taman jurong

Fairway club, hitting the net, that's easily 240-50m. Very good drive!

Thanks. For me long drives releases stress. Of course practice makes perfect. But don't ask me where the ball ends up when I slice it.

mine sometimes hit the net, the metal ones right in front of the mat.
