Help - How to orgnaise a golf games for foreign visitors (approx 3-4 flights)?

Hi,
I have some foreign visitors during the F1 weekend in Sep. They wanted to play golf (approx 3-4 flights) on that Sunday morning.

I am not sure where or how to start - short of starting to call up the clubs to see if they will allow block bookings?

Any kind souls who have done it before willing to share your experience? Anyone got contacts for outsoucing are also welcome. Thank you in advance.
