EXCELLENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE - by retailer & FJ

Hi Guys,

I been keeping it. Thought is good to share my this experience with everyone on GR.

Few months back, I ordered 2 pairs of FJ (1 iCON and the other FJ Dryjoy) from Bishan {Custom Golf}.
The 2 pairs they were special order.

After getting my first pair which was FJ Dryjoy. Few weeks after I used, 2 eyelid came off.

When my second pair arrived, without releasing I wore and played few rounds. My feet were hurting. I did not realize that I was wearing M. I needed my width to be W.

I brought my iCON to CG to feedback and Dryjoy to FJ staff to feedback.

Most Brands I experience in the past is "SORRY" nothing much can be done. TOO BAD and that make us customer feel

Not for this case, NO QUESTION asked by Custom. I was replace with a NEW FJ iCON and Clayton even offer me to choose another NEW design.

I approach FJ staff regards to the eyelid. Again NO QUESTION asked. They contacted the retailer I bought (CG) and I was surprise they are going to replace me with another new pair of FJ Dryjoy.

I got my replacement iCON and wore it for first time yesterday. My feet are now "HAPPY FEET"

I SWEAR BY FJ shoes now and forever.

I too have a very positive experience with FJ's customer service.

I was looking for the Casual Contours and had difficulty finding them hence I wrote in for help.
The reply was prompt. Told me that most retailers have them in stock now however the white pair which I was looking for won't be due for release until the end of the month.

I replied that I'll wait and thought that was it.

They kindly followed up and replied with the product SKU code, the retailers which will have all models and their contact numbers so that I just call and arrange to get my hands on one rather than searching around again.

All the attention for just an interest in a pair of shoes, of which there is no knowing if I'll eventually be buying them.

Excellent service that is seldom experienced these days.
