| Dear Golf House, I went into Suntec City store today determined to buy an MP59 and get your guys to re-grip. As I walked in, your guys were busy counting new stocks, so they ignored me. I asked to try the Mp69 and 59 and they passed me the clubs and left me to my own in the hitting area. After trying and walking out, your staff continue to count his stock and didnt bother to ask me how it was. I decided not to give them the business and tried calling Golf HOuse Marina Bay, and it took me 15 times before i got thru. After I got through, they told me the price but call got cut off, I called once again and engaged again.
5 mins ago, I bought my MP59 custom fit clubs from TGW.com, fitted to my specs, TT DG Lite shaft, mid-size grip plus delivery and gst, I saved $100 nett. Although I have to wait, I rather do that than give you my money.
Customer service in singapore has room for improvment, really!

| I've had mixed reactions from GH. Some of the salesguys are rubbish. Some of them are pretty good. But in most cases, I found that they were more keen to sell me the item than advise me on whether it was suitable for me.
Golf is a very personal sport. One needs to go behind the marketing to discern what is best. And for those who don't know as much, we need to rely on good service to find items which allow us to enjoy the sport. To do otherwise is damaging in the longer term.
So, for the GH sales guys (or any of golf salesperson), you should be more keen to help and provide service rather than sell. If you are helpful, the golfer benefits and trusts you. In the long term, he will come back and buy more. If the item doesn't work for him, then he'll be frustrated and may not bother coming back at all.

| I think GH stuff are super over-priced. The A12 Adams irons there cost $1700!! Ok la, granted is with stock MCR graphite shaft. But you definately can get these irons cheaper elsewhere. | |

"Brudder! Your colleagues at Marina Sq was willing to sell it to me for 26. Aiya, that day, too bad i forgot to bring my wallet. BTW, are you sure you retail price is $36? Marina selling for $32 only le. Don bluff me la" After 15mins of haggling, we settled for $28, 2 pieces. hahahaha

| golf house suntec, ex-Taka (especially), i did not experience good service (if it is even called service at all). are the sales people golfers? alot of filipinos, I have nothing against them, on the contary, i wallked over to somerset 313's small golf house inside Stadium, there got one filipino girl very helpful, i asked for some wedge loft, she did not have, but she really called each and every one of the other outlets to help me check... she even offered me her staff 'ahem' to get me to buy the newer version which had the spec I want...
another 'cheap discount' shop I had even worse experience with.. the indian manager/boss.. where else where else...
think these kind of places.. u must know what u want.. buy and pay and get out...

| But there's no reason to believe that the guy is a cheater. In fact, making an unfair or unsubstantiated accusation of this nature is also mean. Confession? | |

| Never had any bad experience @ Gh Suntec or any other GH. Suntec especially (as TS will know), is my hangout when waiting for wifey to finish work.. I'll just help myself to the indoor bay, putt away at the green and even try on shoes at random... Sometimes i'll even go inside to clubfitting area to help Jeff using eyepower.. It does help that i buy them coffee and chee cheong fun sometimes, but small price to pay for having a second home in a huge mall... | |

| It's a vicious cycle ! Yeah, they better reflect on their pricing.
Customer comes in , like the stuff Ask for the price and eyes big big after knowing the $ Customer smile smile , then slowly disappear ..
Imagine the above x20 walks in x 30 days a Mth x 12 mth After a while sales staff sun bother to ask n service drops . This business model may not very effective now... Looks at what we have.. GD, BFG etcs ... eBay , Rakuten etc .... Many choices for consumers like us..
