Virgin game at JB

Dear bros,

I'm a newbie and am looking at this weekend for my virgin game at JB.

Thinking of saturday early morning tee off..go in after sending wifey off to the airport..haha

Any cheap and good courses that I can consider?

Palm Villa good enough cos they deal in first come first serve basis so no need to wait. Ponderosa need at least 3 balls. Putri is a bit far and for course B and C both ok, but B is the most difficult. Also B & C the club house not so good.

Does Palm Villa accept walk in one ball flight on weekends? Sometimes difficult to get my kakis to play in M'sia.

No idea. I never like to play Palm Villa or any Malaysia courses alone. You can call them to check.

For lonely ranger, MBGC will be the best choice.
After consider petrol, toll and travel time, better to play in marina than travel to JB alone.

Palm Villa is a public course.

RalliFTO,

Why not post to jio (invite) forumers to form a flight rather than play alone. But I am sure they won't allow 1-ball on weekends. But you can ask to join flight (if the golfers welcome you) and would be better to have company (in case something happen to you halfway, touch wood).
