Would u recommend going to range one day before a game or just before the game itself to get back some of the feel u presumably lost during the layoff?

One day before is the worst , two days before is ideal!

Are u asking for a game tomorrow or the monday mbgc game ... Cause mbgc range is closed monday mornings i think

As I always say..... I got worse every time I go to the range...! Laughing

I prefer just doing 9 holes... Just fine tuning your game I feel...

Monday game at MBGC. Looks like have to try my luck on the course then haha

Imho, I have seen a lot of Pro's in my country who would goto the range and practice only two rings

Short Game.... practice flop shot, chipping and pitch within 100 yards & 10yard below

This includes using all your wedges, Mid & Small iron like 7, 8, and 9 iron

Putting ... practice using your wedge and make putt
practice using hybrid and putt
Putt within 30 feet in all 360 degree and short putts ....10 to 3 feet

Just limit your practice less than 200 balls so not to tire yourself.

This is what I do when competition starts like inter club & match play
