| Game was really bad yesterday at Ponderosa Only driver is more "obedient " What do you do after a long layoff from golf and have no time to go range b4 the game ? Was not able to find any rhythm at all Haahaa.. maybe that's just a social golfer experience | |

| it starts with the mind........ suggestion: lower one's expectation.
like someone said to me....." NBzzz...you don practise....do one game a month, don go coaching.....what you expect ".....since that day, I calibrated my expectation everytime before I go for a game.
yesterday.....heng heng...still win matchplay....

| Accept the following realities: 1. You will hit wayward shots. 2. You will duff the ball. 3. You will score in the 100s. 4. You will curse and swear. 5. You will have to 'donate' lunch. 6. You will be back... | |

| I'd go to MBGC or Laguna greens to do some chipping and putting first.
I'd go to Turf city range to hit irons off grass and hit drivers from a real tee (not those rubber tees)
I'd play par-3 rounds at NSRCC just to get a feel of hitting off bunkers, more pitching, chipping and putting.
then I'll play a full round. Whatever the results, I wont be bother with. Bcoz even when Im playing regularly, I still suck so lay off is not an excuse. In fact if Duval's theories are right, I should have ample supply of good shots in me!

HaiZzzz Hi G I Joy, hows the elbow? Hope you have recovered some from your injuries. Mine started to come back especially since my maid who went on home leave and over there she got robbed of everything she had brought home inclusive of Passport and Work permit. So while waiting for her to come back, its been nearly 20 days already, I have been doing quite a lot of housework due to the fact that I got nothing to do so have to do some house thingy. The one which hurts my elbows most had to be the wringing of clothes everyday. That really hurts and strained the elbow muscles and I felt like its coming back. I am praying that the maid will be back next week when her Passport is ready.... sigh titu

K lah... U don't over strain that elbow of urs too! Take care yah!? Lucky the maid confirmed back tomorrow so no more washing clothes liao.. You take care and watch out for every day tasks which might affect using the injured muscles, just like this wringing of clothes, the level of the keyboard of your PC if you are at it for hours at a stretch, carry heavy stuffs...etc etc...
