Off the top of my head, I propose the following format.

Each win is worth 1 point, a/s is 1/2 each, nothing for losing.

To make it more fun, the loser can decide to up the points for the next game.

which will mean winning will be worth 2points, a/s 1point each, nothing for losing.

Last game of the year, will be any game we have together before christmas.

every game is played level unless someone breaks 80, then strokes will have to be given accordingly.

5-5-10 for match. no stroke play.

$100 for final pot ok with you?

We need to keep an excel file to log the results so no dispute, as it might be a lot of games.
