Just wondering.. Shocked anyone has any good recommendations for ski trip to Korea? Good accomodation and trails.. and approximate cost for a full day ski..? I've been to Yongpyong, but can't remember much of that place tho.. Suspect

Visit Korea Tourist Office's Singapore website. They have good info. If, u r in town, you can also pop by the office in Samsung Building (Telok Ayer Street). They give the best unbiased info.

Stayed in Korea for a year back in 2006, back then most popular one was muju ski resort.. stayed there for 4 nights... Lovely.. should have gotten better now..

You can try Alpensia.
They have Holiday Inn and Hotel Intercontinental there.
This is the place where they will house the athletes for the winter Olympics.

Everything is new and beautiful.

Another plus point is that it's only 5 mins away by cab to YongPyong.
So you can have the best of these two places.

i find that the snow at yongpyong is a little hard and the slopes not very challenging..
