One thing you need to know about DGman, beside taking his club fitting very seriously, he takes cooking very very very very seriously as well, then comes the next part about enjoying good food...this one we can talk about it over a good meal.

Dear Eric, Thanks very much for arranging the session today. Its indeed an eye opener and lots to learn and lots of practices. pile who shoot below 80 have no right to sit aircon, you better be my aircon bus. Ask jon, he was my aircon bus when we challenge the wealth boys. i only contributed 3 holes.

sorry that things got a bit busier than expected. Razel and i finished just before 9 and we have to rush out a 2 sets of irons sent in last minute.

Dominic.....when the Kalamata oil is in, i will be sure to pass you some to try.

had a lot of fun today and i am so glad to see the transformation in Teegem and Jawerez putting stroke. Cockanathan aka acidic88 has already improve since i last saw his putting but since he come often, i can always make arrangements to impart a bit more drills for him.

as for what happened today, the magic wand indicated that Jawerez cut down his putter from 33 to 31.5 inch and Teegem from 34 back to 33 inch.

i hope to do more sessions soon. in fact i am ok to do one more session on tuesday 27th from 2pm to 4 pm for 2 to 3 individuals.

and tim let me know when you want to do a session and i can organise it for you. you can also bring up to 2 more friends if they are in need of putting clarity.

nick knows well cos sometimes when i am no where to be found, i am off shopping for cooking utensils with him. when nick is not free, then i have to drag XP along.

Dear Eric, Today I practise the stroke on putting mat and seems to be better. I hope to test it out on course soon. Another thing that I forgot to add was thats the putter grip spa was great. Thanks again. Cheers.

i learn that trick from the golf pride european tour rep Mickey.

cleaning powder and mama lemon contains certain enzymes that revitalise rubber and add a special coat of chemical in the end, your grip is almost as new as it was the day you bought the putter.

Train on it and you will send more balls to the intended target. dont forget the magic wand, its the best warm up and focus tool in putting.

Eric, sorry that I was late yesterday. But I have to say a big thank you for all the tips. The drills imparted to me has definitely helped me a lot. Getting to know the magic wand is another around of "clearing the air" with regards to my putting. Nice meeting Teegem and Jawerez too!

you stalking me? I very honest, i shot 89 from MBGC white tee today.

Bang Eric, thanks ever so much for yesterday invaluable lesson. Have written some notes as its still fresh in my mind. Will train as much as i could on the magic wand and the taiji part and also thanks once again for personally adjusting the angle and shorten of my putter!
Note to other golfers before attending this lesson, do not engage in any sexual activities the night before ;-)

i was talking to Nick Middleton and last night i was still up at 2 am. he has been monitoring this thread and the progress that we have been making.

without a doubt, this is in my opinion a very simple way to understand what putting is all about. i have several customers in the shop today and spent between 10 minutes to half an hour with them. the clarity is just so easy to explain.

i will try and do more sessions next year and hopefully more golfers can improve in the least trained but essential part of the game.

a gentleman came in today and told me that his friend who came to see me and have his putter shorten as a result came back with 34 putts instead of the big 40. that is wonderful news.

For those who played with me know I can't putt.

So one of the reasons I visit BFG on indon day (fri lunch) quite often is to spend some time on the putting mat and roll those sweet protos on display and Eric has been kind to guide me when he's not busy with clients

We tried different drills, grip, hong kong star tempo keys and ball position and visualisation that work best for me and results have been encouraging. I still have my share of blown holes but my no. of 3 putts are down, pars are up and I feel less nervous on pressure putts.

Thoroughly recommend anyone struggling with putts to visit house of zen and see the boss

PS.....i heard that you have not only improve on your 3 putt stats but have also been rolling in the birdies after you cut off the "eye darting" before you roll your putts.

will probably do a few more sessions after CNY, so stay tuned.

btw your new buyer of the the Open proto was rolling the putter like a pro after half and hour. he is a very fast learner.
