Great tips but i left my notes at the Den....anyone goig there soon that can pick it up for me, esp my golf kaki this sat?

Thanks bro though I've got my new shaft installed and ready to go already......this eager beaver has been practising what I've learnt on my putting mat at home and while it feels funny, I'm definitely rolling it more consistently......i am keen to try both this and the new AD DJ shaft on the course this sat.......

The true test will be when I see improvements in my lag putting......but Eric definitely opened up my eyes to some simple but effective concepts.....just when I thought this old old dog couldn't learn new tricks....

as for your notes, francis, the moment you left i saw Slinger eat it up so that your secret is forever lost in his belly.

the word is training...thats how Nick Middleton like to say. its just like the subtle movement that is like a tai chi move. its a form of stretching exercise or warm up process with the magic wand before moving on the the actual putter.

i know Christian of SAM love to use the magic wand to help golfers putt better.

for the benefit for those who have not been to the HOZ, the magic wand is free.

Oh yes, Thank you muar chee for the Tour issued grip master putter grip. Its with me now.

haha..well the magic wand help us find out true putter length and give us the takeaway and release that we have always wanted.

in this case we even found out why Malcolm will be changing his putting grip soon.

and yes MC, thank you for your generosity. it was a fun day for me too.

the magic wands reveal a lot of things that a normal putter will not. when we put a putter in our hands, it will normally give us a fix perimeter, the magic wand allows us to find what we normally do not experience, like our true length and our own signature stroke. glad we got Dave Petz out of the way too.

DGman, i took your pointers and applied them to my pitching routine. hitting 70m-60m-50m-40m shots. Working the 3 phases and it seems to work on that aspect of my game as well.

the ZPI is a pretty powerful strategic, organisational and executional tool and it can be applied all the way from putting to the driver.

Stage 1 - Ready (Strategic) Stage
Stage 2 - Get Set (Organisational) Stage
Stage 3 - Go (Executional) Stage

tis not rocket science but it works if you bother to get into the process of separating thinking from sub-conscious execution.
