It doesnt look/feel like a cohesive team.
it feels like Team Australia with hired guns from South Africa and a Korean side show to keep the Asian fans happy.
Once in a while though, if the players are on form (like they are now), they can give the yanks some serious competition.
Hope to see some upsets on the singles matches.
I know we all want to see Adam vs Tiger

I wish all the player a good game. I don't feel we should condemn adam over stevie's behaviour. Having said that, both tiger and adam are good player, so it should be fun to watch irregardless the result.

Internationals will get spanked. Besides, Adam Scott. Jason Day and Charl Schwartzel, the rest are over matched. Then again its only one round for results so anything is possible.
.......but all ppl care about is Tiger Vs Adam "Steve" Scott (unlikely the 'worst' player playing the no2 player)
hope Tiger plays well....and shut Norman's mouth more than Steve's mouth. Steve issue is about betrayal (in which Tiger is guilty of)...Norman flat out say his game is over the hill...which is a bigger insult (even comparing him to Bradley!!!)

Eh bro, I don't think anyone condemn Adam Scott. It's his caddie that bro Leo is refering to. Nevertheless it will be an interesting game. The one that's uncomfortable will be SW not AS.

I can understand why so many Aussies for this as most Aussie would be familiar with playing in royal melbourne in their youth

of course lah everybody deserve to be there, I mean the camaraderie/team identity...they seem to be separate units within the team.

How about International (Including Europe) vs US. Do US stand a chance?

If like that the USA will most likely lose. It means the whole world against them, even if they have Patriot Missiles deployed. Ha! Ha!

The pairings have just been decided on live tv.
1. Watson Simpson vs Els Ishikawa 2. Haas Watney vs Ogilvy Schwartzel 3. Johnson Kuchar vs Baddely Day 3. Mickelson Furyk vs Goosen Allenby 5. Mahan Toms vs Kim Yang 6. Tiger Stricker vs Scott Choi
Greg Norman was extremely decisive.
Freddy took some time, and sometimes seemed confused, posting Mickelson twice at one point.

Kim did not ring a bell. Googled him, and turned it it's Kyung Tae Kim, KT Kim.
Turned out this 28-year old beat Ishikawa by 4 strokes in a tournament in Japan recently.

What Greg Norman said is a strategy, psychological strategy hoping to derail TW.

KJ Choi and Adam Scott together? seems like a wrong move to put two heavy weights in one grouping..especially if TW and Stricker wins (mr Hot & Cold + Mr Consistency = dream pairing)

As Greg Norman said when asked, "Why not?"

TW is mentally very strong and he loves this kinda challenge ... I remember Stevie AMes, Ian Poulter and Rory Sabatini passed sarcastic remarks at TW before their matches against TW, the 3 of them were eventually squashed by TW. I can't remember which tournament were that and TW at time was still #1 in the world but was incidentally revamping his swing too at that juncture ...
