December should be ok for shopping at the usual spots, but for the golf clubs, it depends on the area its located in.

My usual club (Bangkok Golf Club) had been completely inundated and it'll take quite a while before regular operations resume.

But I'm no weatherman so its kinda hard. Too many conflicting reports even from the authorities and everyone's twiddling thumbs for the incoming waters which is expected to flow through Bangkok and into Chao Phraya (since logically, that's the fastest natural route which the water ought to take). Sure, business as usual, but everyone's just have their minds on the flood and in some restaurants, plain drinking water's not available.

Bro Newtogolf, saw your club list and noticed you're having a machspeed black square driver. How are you liking this driver so far?

Hahaha~ Unfortunately, I did not use it long enough to develop a real liking for it. But for beginners, it does helps the ball get up a lot easier due to its square head and forgiveness.

A nice and solid sound too (but it gets a little loud at a quiet driving range).

But like I'd said, I didn't use it long enough. In fact I only had this club for about 2 to 3 months before the floods came.

Thanks for the insights! I thought the Nike drivers sound all right, maybe a little high pitch though. I'm just curious how the Machspeed black would look after the inevitable scratches on the driver. If the driver suffer a big scratch sure very heart pain
