Just pondering on your statement. Golf tubes are usually made of soft plastic. Is it possible for plastic to cut into the graphite shaft?????? Well maybe you are the expert on this material. Care to elaborate bro???? Knowledge is key. So I guessed you are the winner here. But please share with the rest of us normal homo sapiens. Appreciate your explanation. titu

| titu, golf tubes will help to separate the clubs in the bag. So its easy to take out and remove the clubs from the bag. However, any movement of the bag will cause the top edge of the tubes to"rub" the graphite shafts thus blurring it and paint will be removed eventually. Hope this helps. | |

I bought one from GD with the 14 holes type. The divider reached all the way down to the bottom so no fear of the grip area getting stuck. Just for info.

Ya, that is understandable but I just don't see how it is going to "cut" into the graphite shaft. Paint work scratch, I understand , but "cut" thats the part I don't get. As for the tubes, used it before and have discarded them for giving me extra "work" ha ha. You see, a lot of times when you lift up your iron, the tube comes along with it. Got to sort of "shake" it off then can cleanly lift the iron out. Hope you know what I am trying to say. titu

| Well, I have not used it before but have seen my sis and -in-law using them. They told me the same thing. Even if you use the "interlocking" connector (which connects the tubes together at the top edge), sometimes is still a challenge. I guess the shaking to release part will cause more scratches on shafts. | |

What's the $$ damage? No, I bought the stand bag. Can't remember the exact price but think it was $149. Light with 14 holes. Can't expect more from that. Still in wrap as I am now still using my very new Mercedes Benz cart bag with 15 holes. One extra ha ha. I used it to put in my "rescue ball" picker hur hur.

Mengteck... you are refering to me right? No its a standbag with 14 holes. Very light and practical. When I saw it, I just grabbed it despite having 3 bags at home already. I like the divided as it stretch alll the way to the bottom.
