- the g20 face has a hotter face at impact than g15
- the slightly closed face helps if you slice the ball....
- the dispersion is definitely tighter but i still launch my ball high.....
- distance wise....its prolly about the same +/- 10M therabouts...in some instances i can see a better carry distance....and most of my driver shots finally dont do a backspin at me anymore....lol

- the shaft felt whippy and light....couldnt feel the head....but i guess i need to spend more time on it.......... but nonetheless....the swing and impact was smooth.....eventhough i felt whippy, the dispersion was ironically way much better than i expected....

understand from bro destruc and his frend (who happened to wear the exact same shirt i wore today), that their frends all ordered in a flex stronger (eg. if u play R thn u order in S, so on and so forth) as the flex they come in seems to be relatively "weaker").

I need to try bro kian's G20, long and straight ...

I usually use a 9.5 degree with stiff shaft. On my previous 909D2, it was a Tour AD DI-6x. Gets my distance good. But when i switch to the G20, after letting the club fitters taking a look at my swing, they recommended me the 10.5 SR shaft G20 which i bought.. now i get less distance, but according to the launch monitor, it says is the correct combi for me. My swing is average 105mph and my distance is shorter by 10-20m compared to my D2. Is it normal for ping shafts to be rated "less" when compared to after market clubs (i.e extra-stiff to stiff regular)?

If you are swinging 105mph, a SR shaft isn't the right fit. I would recommend taking your G20 and visit either Big Fish Golf or Wiz-Golf for club fitting.

Haha. It does feel abit soft and collapses when I swing to hard.. Anyway who wanna buy can pm me! Ill try to trade in for an harder shaft also!

just switch to a S or XS shaft, get fitted for a aftermarket shaft might yield you better and more consistent results. Once you discover the world of aftermarket shafts, you will never want stocks shafts.

curious ah shawn, where did you get fit your G20? which launch monitor? trackman/flightscope?
