| Hi All,
I know this has been asked and answered to death, but I really need some advice from experience golfers here.
I am currently holding a mizuno finalist set and is doing fine with it. As with any sports, I do believe in perfecting my swing but I am also looking for a good forgiving set of irons.
I saw some post talking about Taylor Made Irons vs Ping vs Cleveland vs Titlist but I still does not have a clue how each perform and what model to choose.
I am looking more for a 2nd hand but is there any place which allows you to test before you buy?

| kg, we can hit balls FE or Joe meh?. I've never been to Raymond's.
@Wilson: the answer is there's no second hand shops like that. Why? First, bcoz usually they are not on the range (and if youre hitting to a wall, there's no point), and Second if you demo the club, it will add wear to the clubs. Same like GH/Pan West golf shops; you can only hit demo clubs.
My tip: I get off the forum and try to meet forumers in person on the range session, at the den (BFG) or I join games attended by forumers. Golfers do like to poison each other with their toys. That's how you can test different clubs.

| Bro, Dun be a hurry to change clubs. Get your swing right and stable first. Then in the meantime, meet up with fellow golfers thru range meetups or forum games to 'demo' the clubs they have, so that you will know the performance of each brand and what you like. Have fun! p.s. andrew-golf and pushslice are 2 of the biggest poison masters here. But the gurus are DGman and Eiji though. | |

| SimplyGolf at Far East can try for the feel and they let you hit balls into a netting ...
Same for Golf house at Suntec .. The sales people basically didn't even walk over to talk to me (that's a separate topic) so I just grab my own clubs and go try them out ...
I did that about half a year ago and bought a set of Nike forged half cavity ..
Go for forged irons my friend .. you won't regret it .. I felt that it helped to improve my swing because it "talked" to me hehe .. on where it likes to be touched
